Program Dates: Summer: May through August Fall: September through December   This intern will be part of the Web Marketing team and will follow Melaleuca graphic standards while applying and utilizing creative approaches to internal and external materials. They will have the opportunity to create a wide variety of materials; graphic elements including but not limited to website graphics, marketing materials, web design, and website maintenance. The intern will explore creative concepts while working with professional staff in an in-house graphic design function.   Melaleuca’s environment promotes personal, professional, creative growth. The intern should expect to work independently and in a team to learn how to apply creative concepts in a commercial setting, organize work and learn to communicate effectively with internal customers. The intern will gain traditional design skills, motion (temporal design) and buildout knowledge, marketing & targeting techniques and deep technical knowledge. They will experience an organization that values quality work, creativity, and attention to detail.

Program Dates: Summer: May through August Fall: September through December   The job of a Graphic Design Intern is to enhance the graphic communication elements in terms of its aesthetic quality and its accuracy in a timely fashion. 

Program Dates: Summer: May through August Fall: September through December   The job of a Brand Management Intern is to assist the Brand/Category Manager in the execution of Brand responsibilities including all aspects of brand management, brand analysis and marketing programs that support strategic business objectives. You will also work on special projects and perform other duties as assigned or needed.

Program Dates: Fall: September through December   The exciting internship with our world class Information Technology Department will be structured to accommodate your college requirements, but typically will last 90 days. Each intern will be assigned a manager as a mentor to work closely with and to learn from.  You will also have the opportunity to participate in team building activities with additional members of the IT department.

Program Dates: Fall:September through December   This Supply Chain Intern position will be responsible for global forecasts for new and existing US and International products. You will Maintain Material Requirements Planning (MRP) module to keep inventories at pre-assigned levels. Review JDE prompts for production work orders for each manufacturing facility and enter work orders for production.

Program Dates: Fall: September through December   This position plays an integral part in the analysis, recommendation and implementation of profit improvement projects, customer retention programs and achievement of sales and income objectives. The position assists key managers in identifying and tracking productivity improvements and may prepare presentations to be made to the President, Board of Directors, and management team.
