What You'll Do:

This position will be responsible for collaborating cross-departmentally to manage and execute a Mexico-specific content plan for News, banners, and Digital Library assets for Melaleuca's Grow App.  The position will help execute the plan for US News, banners, and Digital Library assets as assigned. 

• Content Champion: You'll assess user needs and work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Media) to curate relevant, actionable content for the Grow App.
• Catalog Master: Maintain an accurate Grow App content library and plan ahead for future needs.
• Global Focus: Ensure international content (Mexico), including translations, adheres to local market regulations.
• Quality Leader: Maintain high standards – ensuring content clarity, consistency, and alignment with company goals.
• Data Detective: Analyze app usage data and recommend data-driven improvements for an optimal user experience.
• Team Player: Collaborate with stakeholders and market leaders to develop and execute content strategies.

You're a Perfect Fit if You Have:

• 2+ years of content mangement/ project management experience.
• Fluency in both written and verbal business communication (Spanish & English).
• Proven background in cross-functional collaboration.
• Data-driven decision-making skills.
• An organized and detail-oriented approach.
